I worked at Movado Group, Inc., a luxury watch and jewelry company best known for its portfolio of brands, including Coach, Hugo Boss, and Calvin Klein. As a Marketplace Operations Intern focused on the company’s Amazon account, I supported the marketplace team in optimizing Amazon operations. My responsibilities included updating brand stores and PDPs, auditing both existing and new product listings, conducting SEO research, and supporting product launches by managing new item setup forms for eight fashion jewelry brands to ensure retail readiness. Additionally, I maintained assortment files across multiple brands and organized and tracked promotions using Asana.
MCS Marketing Intern
(July 2024 - September 2024)
For three months, I worked at Movado Group, Inc. as an MCS Marketing Intern, where I gained invaluable experience and insights into the luxury watch and jewelry industry. I contributed to enhancing customer engagement and driving sales for the brand’s brick-and-mortar stores across the U.S. and Canada. My responsibilities included managing creative projects in Asana and Excel for store marketing campaigns, developing retail signage in collaboration with the merchandising and creative teams, and writing promotional copy for Simon and Tanger outlet websites. Additionally, I supported the email marketing team by conducting competitive analyses and building emails via Listrak for upcoming holiday campaigns.
