Digital Ad Operations Intern

I worked at Dow Jones, a global media publishing company known for its leading brands such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and MarketWatch. As a Digital Ad Operations Intern, I trafficked video, display, audio, and newsletter ad campaigns across Google Ad Manager and Megaphone, managing direct and programmatic guaranteed orders with 1P and 3P tags to ensure accurate, on-time launches. I QA’d test pages to verify smooth ad delivery of creatives and tracking assets, minimizing errors. Partnering with media planners, I ensured campaigns launched with all required assets and tags. I monitored pacing, CTR, VCR, spend, and revenue, troubleshooting underperforming line items and recommending optimizations to improve results. Additionally, I analyzed ad performance trends across devices and formats to drive data-informed decisions and enhance campaign efficiency.
